Introducing ThinCMS blog

I've decided to start a ThinCMS blog in order to share with other developers the approaches I am using for creating and managing static and dynamic web content. While there are links on the Active Interface web site to articles and presentations about my CMS work, they suffer from being non-succinct and non-HTML. The articles posted here will address both of these.

As you can see from my ThinOLAP articles, I strive to provide actionable insight into the technologies I discuss. No mere beating around of buzzwords - I give you the working goods. And if they don't work the I expect to hear from you so that I might fix what is broken. All of my development is done upon the Microsoft platform and most of the solutions I provide can be setup using stuff which Microsoft provides for free. For example, the .NET code can be compiled on the command-line without the presence of Visual Studio. Many of the examples will use Windows Scripting.

Prerequisites

The following stuff you should download from MSDN and install now if you wish to follow along with my examples.

Starting next year, I'll migrate to .NET 2.0 - so at some point in the not too distant future you would have to install that SDK in order to follow along.
